1. Rental Agreement

By renting a costume from Mascot Costumes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Hire Options

Choose the hire option that suits your party: Half Day (Morning) 08:00-12:00 at R450; Half Day (Afternoon) 12:00-17:00 at R450; Full Day 08:00-17:00 at R600; or Overnight 12:00-12:00 (24 hours) at R750. Late returns will incur additional charges.

3. Deposit

A refundable deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the costume is returned in good condition.

4. Damage and Loss

The renter is responsible for any damage or loss of the costume. Costs for repairs or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental date will receive a full refund minus a R50 administration fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

6. Collection

All costumes are collected from our location in GlenHurd, Gqeberha. We do not offer deliveries - collection only. The collection address is shared once your booking is confirmed.

7. Cleaning

All costumes must be returned in the same condition they were received. Basic cleaning is included in the rental price.

8. Online Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
