1. Rental Agreement

By renting a costume from Costumes Hire, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Rental Period

The rental period is calculated per day from the date of collection/delivery to the date of return. Late returns will incur additional charges at the daily rate.

3. Deposit

A refundable deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the costume is returned in good condition.

4. Damage and Loss

The renter is responsible for any damage or loss of the costume. Costs for repairs or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental date will receive a full refund minus a R50 administration fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

6. Delivery

Free delivery is available within Gqeberha. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us for a quote.

7. Cleaning

All costumes must be returned in the same condition they were received. Basic cleaning is included in the rental price.
